The correlation drawn between the citizens and the fish emphasizes the idea that a fish thrives in the right conditions, the natural traits and capabilities of Pangasinenses will flourish when provided with proper support and provision. This is in line with PPC’s commitment to foster personal and collective growth through education, skills development, and other initiatives. By providing the best support and education, the vision to have a successful community where the inherent strengths of the citizens are not just recognized but utilized to their fullest potential will be easily realized. Furthermore, Pangasinan is recognized for its rich natural resources, predominantly sourced from the seas and ponds, with fish being the most prevalent. This aquatic abundance has become an iconic representation closely linked with the identity of Pangasinan. The PPC logo was created by Pangasinan visual and graphic artist, Niña Llaneza.
